Tony Fancher has a diverse range of work experience. Tony started their career at the National Student Leadership Conference as a Team Advisor from June 2010 to August 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Analytics Intern at citysocializer from June to August, and as a Sales and Operations Intern at Fastenal from November 2014 to May 2015. In 2016, they joined Selling Simplified as a Data Analyst I from January 2016 to February 2017. Then, at Merkle, Tony held multiple roles, including Analyst, Digital Media Analytics from May 2017 to April 2019, Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence & Measurement Strategy from April 2019 to April 2020, and Associate Manager, Business Intelligence & Measurement Strategy from April 2020 to May 2021. Tony then joined Rhithm as the Director of Data & Insights, which was later acquired by Securly. Currently, Tony is working at Securly as the Analytics Lead, New Product Innovation since January 2023.
Tony Fancher graduated from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Analytics & Information Systems. Tony has obtained several certifications, including Data Engineering Bootcamp from EcZachly Inc in June 2023, Snowflake Fundamentals from Snowflake in 2022, Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in June 2017, and Merkle Digital Professional from Merkle in 2017. Additionally, they have pursued Leadership Studies at The University of Iowa.
