Gabriel Paton

Gabriel Paton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gabriel started their career as a Software Developer at Terren Corporation in 1998 and later became a Senior Developer at Galileo International in 2000. Gabriel then joined Workbrain as an IT Sr Technical Consultant, where they worked with clients on infrastructure configuration and technical designs. In 2004, they became an IT Technical Lead at Workbrain, where they developed migration and release management guidelines and architected strategies for aligning client environments.

Gabriel's next career move was to Infor Global Solutions, where they served as an IT Project Lead for large entertainment and television companies, leading workforce management system implementations and facilitating client workshops for system architecture models. Gabriel later became a Solution Architect, collaborating on quality control initiatives and developing tracking and estimation tools.

In 2014, Gabriel joined Turn as a Director of Technology Services, leading the delivery of technology solutions. Gabriel then moved to GroupM as a Director of Product Management - Data Integrations in 2016.

Gabriel progressed to MediaMath in 2017, taking on roles such as Director of Technical Consulting, Senior Director of Technical Project Management, VP of Professional Services, and finally VP and GM of LATAM. In these roles, they led solution design/development, managed project pipelines, and contributed to opportunity qualification and packaging of services.

Most recently, Gabriel has become the Head of Client Activation at Infillion in 2023.
