Balasubramanian Lakshminarayanan is an experienced leader in the automotive microcontroller sector, currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Customer Enablement & Support at Infineon Technologies since April 2020. With a strong foundation in engineering and product development, Balasubramanian has previously held senior roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from managing pre and post-silicon validation platforms to worldwide customer support for automotive applications. In addition to a successful career in established companies, Balasubramanian founded Yablee, focusing on home automation and security products. Balasubramanian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
