Johannes Schoiswohl

Johannes Schoiswohl has extensive experience in the field of semiconductor technology, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the EPIC Business Line at Infineon Technologies since July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Line overseeing discrete IGBTs, SiC, and Bare Die, as well as Senior Director for Power Management ICs at Infineon Technologies Americas from August 2016 to July 2019. Schoiswohl's career at Infineon began in December 2006, progressively advancing through various positions in applications and systems engineering, technical marketing, and application engineering. Academic credentials include a PhD in Physics from the University of Graz and a Master's degree in Physics from Technische Universität Graz.
