Mihir Mudholkar

Mihir Mudholkar, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Technical Marketing & Applications at Infineon Technologies since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mihir held various positions at onsemi from May 2012 to September 2025, including Director of EV Traction Modules, Senior Product Line Manager, and Design and Development Engineer, focusing on the design of innovative semiconductor devices such as trench Schottky rectifiers, SiC MOSFETs, GaN HEMTs, and Si IGBTs. Mihir's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Postdoctoral position at the University of Arkansas, where the emphasis was on the design, characterization, and modeling of SiC MOSFETs. Additionally, Mihir gained experience as a Device Modeling Intern at United Technologies Research Center in 2010. Mihir earned a ProFlex MBA from Arizona State University and a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
