Olha Dyuzheva

Olha Dyuzheva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Country BP for Ukraine at Infineon Technologies since April 2024. Previous positions include National HR Officer for Ukraine at iMMAP and VP of HR at Perfectial, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for organizations with significant employee bases across multiple locations. Olha has extensive experience in employee experience enhancement and operational excellence from a long tenure at Intellias, where roles spanned from Sr. Director of Employee Experience to HR and Recruitment Director. Additional experience includes consulting at Astar and leadership roles in other organizations, supported by formal education in Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and social psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
