Rohan Samsi

Rohan Samsi is an accomplished professional in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the High-Voltage GaN Product Line at Infineon Technologies since October 2023. Previously, Rohan held the position of Vice President of Products at GaN Systems Inc. from June 2021 to October 2023, and prior to that, served as Director of Product Line for Telecom and Server Power at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. from February 2014 to March 2021. Rohan's experience at Infineon Technologies includes roles focused on LED lighting and customer support for DC-DC converters, as well as an earlier stint at Primarion as an Applications Engineer. Initial career development included a role at Osram Sylvania in LED driver design and research experience at Penn State University, where Rohan earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Rohan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
