Mirza Alihodzic

Mirza Alihodzic, MBA, CMA, currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Manufacturing Finance at Infinera, where responsibilities include executing financial strategies for new optical module businesses, managing a $100M factory expansion budget, and leading business transformation efforts to shift investments toward growth segments. Prior to this role, Mirza spent a decade at NXP Semiconductors, first as Manufacturing Controller for Chandler Manufacturing Operations, overseeing financial management for factories generating over $1.5 billion annually, and later as Financial Controller for Advanced Analog, managing P&L for a $400M automotive product line. Mirza holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
