Randy Grover

Randy Grover serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Infinera since December 2019, leading a worldwide ASIC program management team to oversee design projects from architectural definition to product validation, with expertise in compute platform oversight, budget planning, risk assessment, and personnel management. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions, including Senior Manager of Product Engineering at Infinera and Technical Program Manager at HCL Technologies, managing SoC development and acting as a primary technical interface to clients. Earlier career experiences include Director of Design Management at eSilicon, Director of RnD at STMicroelectronics, and multiple engineering and managerial roles at prestigious firms such as Cadence Design Systems, Cooper & Chyan Technology, SGS-Thomson Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments. Randy earned a BSCPE in Computer Hardware Design from Auburn University.
