Tricia Cunningham

Director of People & Culture at Infinicept

Tricia Cunningham has over 20 years of professional experience in the accounting and human resources field. Tricia began their career in 1998 as a Job Costing Clerk and Payroll Clerk for Aerotec International. In 2001, they moved to PacifiCare as an Accounting Lead III, where they managed and led a team of 16-24 employees for the client billing department. In 2005, they took on the role of Bookkeeper/Office Manager for The Ballistic Pixel Lab, Inc., providing Human Resources, Full Cycle Bookkeeping and General Office Management. From 2006 to 2013, they worked for Fair Companies, LLC as an Accounting Manager, managing A to Z Accounting for multiple entities and projects both domestically and internationally. In 2013, they became the Controller for CEAVCO Audio Visual, where they were an active member of the Leadership Team, providing financial reporting to the CEO and overseeing a staff of four. In 2017, they were hired as the Controller for Hospital Cooperative Laundry, working closely with the CEO and leadership to develop and accurately report financial status to the C-Level Board of Directors. In 2019, they became a Consultant for Robert Half Management Resources, contracted as an Accounting Manager with GHX Global, a Saas Organization in the Greater Denver Area. Currently, they are the Director of People & Culture and Accounting Manager at Infinicept.

Tricia Cunningham obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Tricia then went on to receive their Master of Science in Management from Colorado State University in 2012, with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Change Management. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Tricia also has a certification in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
