Himanshu Baral

Himanshu Baral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data management, currently serving as Vice President of AI-CoE for Consumer Lending, Community Banking, and Business Banking at Wells Fargo since July 2004. In this role, Himanshu owns the vision and strategy for machine learning and AI applications, leading global teams in developing innovative products across various lending sectors. Prior positions at Wells Fargo include leading the Enterprise AI group and overseeing data management and big data strategy. With a background in product management at EarthLink and co-founding Abeona Networks, Himanshu has consistently driven innovation and digital transformation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and degrees in Engineering and Computer Science.
