Nicolas Zemelman

Nicolas Zemelman is an experienced professional in customer support operations and security management. Currently serving as Customer Support Operations Manager and Vendor Manager at Infinidat since June 2016, Nicolas manages all technical vendors for Infinidat Support. Prior to this role, Nicolas held positions in customer support engineering at Knesset, and as a security officer and team leader in maritime security with Seagull Maritime Security and Varick Security, focusing on high-risk piracy areas in the Indian Ocean and East Africa. Academically, Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Tel Aviv University, a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a diploma in Big Data Analysis from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
