Zhihua Yu

Zhihua Yu has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2007, Zhihua worked as a Staff member at Strategic System Solution, providing system support for Deutsch Bank. In 2008, Zhihua joined State Street Technology as a MSG-SQA, responsible for testing financial data transmitting and processing applications. Additionally, Zhihua served as a Release Administrator, optimizing report generating procedures and code deployment procedures.

In 2012, Zhihua joined IBM as a Technical Support Professional Team Lead, providing level 3 support for IBM Enterprise Storage XIV. This role also involved developing patches and scripts for problem-solving.

Since 2015, Zhihua has been part of INFINIDAT, starting as a Manager in APAC L3 support and later promoted to the position of Director in the same department. The role involves overseeing L3 support operations in the APAC region.
