We are looking for a talented No-code developer and Data analyst to join our team, which specializes in financing, payment, B2B, and B2C solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses grow. Reporting to the COO and CTO, you will work closely with operational and engineering teams with one goal to optimize ops efficiency and enable it to handle bigger volumes.

What do we want to achieve together?

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Onboarding Manager (M/F) your role will be to make the onboarding of our customers as smooth as possible, while ensuring that compliance requirements are respected:

Managing customers’ onboarding:

• Analyze precisely credit applications and ensure business, financial and compliance requirements are respected
• Handle operational tasks leading to the customer’s activation in coordination with Sales and Customer Success teams: contract generation, Infinit bank account creation, etc.
• Communicate with different stakeholders (bank partners, Sales and Customer Success teams, Country Managers)

Continuously improving Onboarding operations to maximize customer satisfaction and Ops scalability:

• Challenge onboarding customer journey by identifying areas of improvement (e.g.: reducing the onboarding time through automations, digitalization tasks, operational reorganization, etc.)
• Help develop strong Ops automations via no-code tools (Make, Airtable, Intercom,..)
• Run ad-hoc research/benchmark on new product developments and new partnerships (Product Discovery)

Building and updating analytical and controlling dashboards to report main KPIs to the Management team

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a credit analysis role or in a banking environment on the Spanish market - you must be familiar with the reading and analysis of a Spanish balance sheet
• You have a Master's degree in Finance or Business
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You are energic, flexible, and adaptable, which will make you able to succeed in a dynamic, fast-growing start-up
• You are organized, reliable, autonomous, and rigorous
• You are humble, eager to learn, and like to communicate
• Experience with SQL, Airtable, Hubspot, Make (or similar), Notion, and Excel is a plus - the ability to learn is required
