Pier Nijenhuis

Pier Nijenhuis has extensive work experience in IT and cloud services. Pier started their career in 1999 as a System Developer for Rodenstock, where they were an all-round IT employee developing software for production, desktop, and web environments, as well as managing the server infrastructure. In 2009, they became the Owner of P. J. Nijenhuis beheer BV. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Subject Specialist Server Operations for Infinitas Learning and a Technisch Beheerder for Noordhoff Uitgevers BV. In 2014, they became a Sr System Administrator Backoffice at Unit4 for Infinitas Learning/Noordhoff Uitgevers, specializing in Microsoft server and client OS, SQL Server, Exchange, AD, Group policies, virtualization, SAN administration, troubleshooting, network management, and ADFS. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Cloud Specialist for Infinitas Learning.

Pier Nijenhuis attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Hogere Informatica opleiding (HIO).
