Rudi Janssens

Rudi Janssens has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1991, they worked as a sales representative for Schleiper nv. Rudi then moved to Belgacom Directory Services in 1994, where they worked as a customer service representative and account representative. In 1997, they joined Belgacom, where they held various roles such as Product & Marketing Manager, Process Manager, District Manager, and Customer Service & Training Manager. In 2008, they began working at goudengids.be / pagesdor.be, where they held the roles of Marketing PMO a.i., Head of Product Design & Innovation, Group UX Manager, Product Manager, Community Manager, and New Media Manager. In 2015, they joined Produpress as Digital Manager Auto (Product Owner). Finally, in 2019, they were appointed Head of Product at Plantyn, and in 2023 they became Product Lead - Primary Education at Infinitas Learning.

Rudi Janssens obtained a Bachelor degree in Translator from Erasmushogeschool Brussel between 1994 and 1998. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering from Free Code Camp. Additionally, in October 2018, they obtained an Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations Certification from LinkedIn.
