Suyash Patwardhan

Suyash Patwardhan has extensive work experience in various finance and management roles. Suyash is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Infinite Uptime since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Smollan as a Consultant and later as the Head of Finance & Taxation for Smollan India. Suyash was responsible for the financial management and pricing of SAAS & Data based global technology business for the group. Before joining Smollan, Suyash served as the Multinational Controller at Snipp Interactive, where they managed finance and FP&A responsibilities for multiple countries. Suyash also worked at Parthenon-EY as the General Manager of Finance for India and Singapore, where they played a key role in setting up the finance function and facilitated the merger between The Parthenon Group and EY. Prior to these roles, Suyash worked as an independent Chartered Accountant and as an Articled Assistant/Intern at Milind Wagle & Associates.

Suyash Patwardhan has an extensive education history. In 1994, they began their academic journey at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Suyash completed their undergraduate studies in 1999.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Suyash went on to pursue a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Suyash enrolled in this program in 1999 and completed it in 2001, further enhancing their knowledge in the fields of Accounting and Business/Management.

In 1998, Suyash embarked on a professional qualification path by enrolling at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Suyash successfully completed the program, earning the designation of Fellow Chartered Accountant in 2002. Throughout this program, they gained expertise in Accounting and Business/Management, as well as International Taxation.

In 2004, Suyash further expanded their skill set by completing a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This qualification allowed him to specialize in Information Systems Audit and provided him with valuable knowledge in this field.

Seeking additional expertise in International Business/Trade/Commerce, Suyash enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India once again in 2005. In 2006, they successfully completed a Diploma in International Trade Laws & WTO, enriching their understanding of the global market and international trade regulations.

In 2015, Suyash pursued two additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Suyash obtained the Certified Public Accountant designation from the California Board of Accountancy in the United States, specializing in Accounting and Finance, Taxation. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, specifically focusing on International Financial Reporting Standards.
