Andrew Weitz

Andrew Weitz has over 10 years of professional experience in the data science and engineering fields. In 2021, they co-founded Infinity AI, Inc. Prior to that, they were the Machine Learning / Data Science Lead and Co-Founder at Edge Analytics Inc from 2018 to 2021. Edge Analytics is a boutique data science consulting company that does end-to-end development and deployment of algorithms. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Graduate Student Researcher at Stanford University. In 2010, they were a Systems Engineering Intern (Neuromodulation) at Medtronic.

Andrew Weitz received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) from Duke University in 2012, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and having a minor in Neuroscience. Andrew then attended Stanford University for their Master of Science (M.S.) in Bioengineering, which they completed in 2014. Finally, they returned to Stanford University and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering in 2018.
