Florence Rodriguez

Florence Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in the commercial operations and business management of clinical laboratories. Florence currently serves as the Global Head of Commercial Operations at Infinity BiologiX, a position they have held for just over a year. Prior to their current role, Florence served as the Associate Director, Strategic Partners and Corporate Accounts at Brooks Life Sciences, where they were responsible for execution of all commercial aspects supporting Strategic Sales Directors, Executive Leadership, Comprehensive Solutions, Global Operations, Finance and Contracts. Florence also served as a Client Engagement Specialist at BioStorage Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for execution of all commercial aspects supporting Strategic Sales Directors, Executive Leadership, Comprehensive Solutions, Global Operations, Finance and Contracts.

Florence began their career in the clinical laboratory industry as a Regional Expansion Consultant at Biolat Worldwide, where they were responsible for consultancy support of laboratory operations, logistics and business regional expansion areas for CRO and life sciences clients. Florence then went on to serve as the Associate Director, Global Head of Local Laboratory Services at Covance CLS, before taking on the role of International and Reference Laboratory Business Management at Covance CLS. In this role, Florence was responsible for the overall management of international laboratory operations, including administration, logistics, finance, and business development. Florence then went on to serve as the International Operations Manager at Covance CLS for four years before taking on their current role as Global Head of Commercial Operations at Infinity BiologiX.
