Zahraa Karim is a skilled laboratory professional with extensive experience in laboratory management and supervision. Currently serving as the Laboratory Manager at Sampled since June 2022, Zahraa has previously held roles such as Deputy Lab Manager at DAM Health and Lab Supervisor at Circular1 Health. A proven leader, Zahraa oversees a team of 12 members, guiding and managing laboratory activities in alignment with national standards and organizational policies. Zahraa's expertise includes compliance with ISO:15189 requirements, employee productivity monitoring, laboratory service planning, and procurement support. Educated with a Master's degree in Advanced Biomedical Science from the University of the West of Scotland and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Lebanese International University, Zahraa possesses a solid foundation in biomedical sciences complemented by hands-on experience in various laboratory techniques and departments.
