Serena Robinson

Serena Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Serena is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at Korn Ferry since 2022. Prior to that, Serena had a long tenure at ICS, A Korn Ferry company, where they held various roles in recruiting, including Principal Recruiter, Information Technology since 2023 and Senior Recruiter, IT from 2021 to 2023. Serena also worked as an IT Recruiter from 2017 to 2021 at ICS. Before joining Korn Ferry and ICS, Serena worked as an Admissions Manager at Rasmussen College from 2017 to 2017 and as a Program Manager from 2014 to 2017. Serena also has experience as a Server at Rojo Mexican Grill from 2010 to 2014 and at Romano's Macaroni Grill from 2009 to 2010. Serena's early career includes a role as a Cleaning Technician and Office Assistant at Krispy Clean from 2007 to 2009.

Serena Robinson earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Human Resources from Augsburg University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a Spanish emphasis at Normandale Community College, from 2009 to 2011.
