Michelle Westman possesses extensive experience in the financial services and customer support sectors, demonstrating a diverse skill set across various roles. Currently, Michelle has been with Empeople Credit Union since December 2017, where responsibilities have included Loan Operations Specialist, Real Estate Loan Processor, Loan Servicing Specialist, and Collections Specialist. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at MOUNTAIN, LTD. as Account Representative/HR Liaison and Onboarding Specialist, and at OTT Communications in roles such as Provisioning Specialist and Customer Service.
