Additionally, Sornam operates as a Coaching, Training, and Development consultant since 2020. Prior to these positions, Sornam held the role of HR Consultant and Head of Human Resources at Prestige ER - Health Care from August 2016 to March 2018 and served as the AVP of Human Resources at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd from July 2000 to February 2014.
