Adam Guy Orlebar Garrett, MEng (Oxon), MBA (IUJ), CQF, CAIA

Adam Guy Orlebar Garrett is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at New Asia Ferrell Asset Management Limited since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Co-CEO/Producer at Phoenix Waters Asia Productions Ltd from May 2007 onwards. Adam Guy Orlebar also worked as a Risk & Technical Strategy professional at Infinity Exchange from April 2022.

From June 2017 to March 2022, Adam worked at PINS Asset Management as the Chief Investment & Technology Officer. Additionally, they served as a Technical & Japan Business Development Consultant for various companies from January 2016 to January 2022.

Adam has also been involved in entrepreneurship, serving as a Founder In Residence at Entrepreneur First from August 2019 to October 2019. Before that, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Business Development & Product Specialist from January 2012 to June 2017.

In terms of trading expertise, Adam worked as a Quantitative Trader at Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. from April 2010 to March 2011. Adam Guy Orlebar also held the role of a Quantitative Trader at Lehman Brothers from August 2002 to April 2009.

Adam Guy Orlebar Garrett has a strong education background with degrees and certifications in various fields. Adam Guy Orlebar completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford from 1996 to 2000, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the International University of Japan from 2000 to 2002.

In 2011, Adam obtained a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from the CQF Institute, further enhancing their knowledge in the field. Later, they completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Levels I & II program offered by the CAIA Association between 2017 and 2020.

Adam has also obtained several additional certifications to expand their skill set.
