Rahul Chovva

Rahul Chovva is the current Director of Product at Infinity Learn. Prior to this, they were the Assistant General Manager - Product at Paytm from November 2021 to June 2022. Rahul was responsible for the Paytm Central App Team: Product & Growth as well as Customer Life Cycle Management. Rahul then moved to Paytm Payments Bank and was the Assistant General Manager - Product from December 2020 to November 2021. Rahul's responsibilities included being the Product Owner of Virtual Accounts - a Payment Collection Module, Current Account (Net-banking Panel), and Banking API Suites (Fund Transfer, Beneficiary Management, Account Management & Callback APIs). Rahul launched the Payment Collection Module along with Third-Party Validation APIs for Fintech & Enterprise clients; enhanced account validation capabilities for domestic remittances from all major banks in India. Rahul also enabled UPI Transaction mode for Virtual Accounts; launched APIs to help clients configure UPI payment handles for virtual accounts; enabling branding capabilities, quicker settlement cycle, and easy recon. In addition, they standardised Bank Statement service across Business Banking services and streamlined transaction report code definition and narration configuration for all fund transfer pipelines. Rahul also launched the Paytm Payments Bank Developer Portal to improve API Documentation and ease client integrations. Finally, they streamlined the pre-live experience of client onboarding; reducing the onboarding time.
