Noelle Pratte

Noelle Pratte is an experienced occupational therapist with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Lead Occupational Therapist at Powerback Rehabilitation since April 2023. Since July 2020, Noelle has also been an Occupational Therapist at Summit Rehabilitation, specializing in upper extremity and hand orthopedic conditions and successfully launching and marketing a Hand Therapy program. As the Owner and Occupational Therapist at Rehab Ready LLC since January 2006, Noelle manages therapy staffing services in Washington state. Previous roles include Lead Occupational Therapist positions at Cascade Medical and Gray's Harbor Community Hospital, as well as senior and staff therapist roles in various healthcare settings. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Biology from Mount Mary College.
