Kris Wagland has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries.

Starting in 1997, Kris worked as a Design & Print Manager at Digital Works, where they used innovative technology to provide customized printing solutions to B2B and B2C customers.

In 2000, Kris joined Weidmuller UK as a Marketing Manager, overseeing the marketing activities of the company until 2010.

From 2010 to 2011, Kris served as the Marketing Manager at WG Office Supplies before moving on to Henry Schein, where they became the Head of Marketing. At Henry Schein, Kris focused on digital transformation and strategic marketing initiatives.

In 2015, Kris joined KCS UK and held multiple roles during their tenure. As the Head of Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, they implemented digital transformation strategies and eCommerce scale-up initiatives. Additionally, as the General Manager of KCS PrintWorks, Kris developed a multi-brand strategy to create corporate identities for private and public sector organizations.

In 2019, Kris joined MachineMax as the Head of Global Marketing, responsible for promoting the company's equipment management platform.

In 2020, Kris became the Chief Marketing Officer at OREN, where they created a B2B marketplace for the mining industry, offering innovative solutions and services to digitize and decarbonize the sector.

Currently, Kris is the VP of Partnerships at Infinity, a position they have held since 2021.

Throughout their career, Kris has demonstrated expertise in marketing, strategy, digital transformation, and partnership development.

Kris Wagland has a diverse education history with a focus on marketing and business management. In 1996 to 1998, Kris attended West Kent College and studied Business Management. Kris then pursued various certifications from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, including a LEVEL 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, a CIM Professional Diploma, and a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, completed between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, Kris enrolled in the Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson in 2016 to 2017, earning an MBA in Marketing. Kris also gained knowledge in Digital Marketing & Social Strategies from The Purple Edge in 2016 to 2017. Continuing with professional development, Kris obtained certifications in Personal Branding on Social Media from LinkedIn, as well as multiple certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Inbound Marketing, all obtained in April and October 2020. Furthermore, Kris completed a Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness from NCFE in 2018 to 2019 and received a Certificate in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and mindset coaching from ITS - International Teaching Seminars in 2016.
