Jackson Lin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jackson began their career in 2014 as a Second Lieutenant/Company Chief Counselor in the ROC Army. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of International Sales at Microtek International Inc, where they were responsible for key account management, market analysis, order management, after-sales service, and new business development.

In 2018, Jackson joined ViteCer Kft. as an Export Manager, and in 2019, they joined AVEVA. At AVEVA, they held multiple roles, including VIP Delegate Relationship Manager and GBDM for Strategic Clients in the areas of Asset Performance, Value Chain Optimization, and Supply Chain Management.

In 2019, Jackson also started working at Infinityn International, initially as a Global Account-Based Sales Developer and later as a Senior Global Account-Based Sales Developer. Eventually, they became the Head of Client Success Management. Infinityn International specializes in Sales-Pipeline-as-a-Service and focuses on leveraging technology to improve businesses and the environment.

Jackson Lin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as the Introduction - Overview of the ROMeo Optimization Solution Suite Rev B from AVEVA in April 2020 and the HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy in December 2019.
