Britt Reid

As Director of Professional Services, Britt leads the Engineering Services, Technical Support, and Training teams. These teams are responsible for delivering world-class services and support for InfinityQS software deployments, and for helping clients meet—and exceed—their manufacturing quality goals.

Britt joined InfinityQS in 2010 as an Applications Engineer and has served in many roles within the Professional Services department, including Senior Applications Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, and Engineering Services Manager. In 2021, Britt was promoted to head up Professional Services.

Britt has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and earned his MBA from the University of North Alabama, and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Britt has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing within the areas of quality, continuous improvement, production, purchasing, environmental, and safety.
