Rekha Kharbanda

Rekha Kharbanda serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of INFINITYSTUDIO.AI since February 2023, focusing on developing AI/ML-enabled solutions for geotechnical and natural hazards. Prior to this role, Kharbanda held various leadership positions at Tonkin + Taylor, including Executive Leader for Digital, and Digital Transformation Leader. Kharbanda also contributed to the Infrastructure Sustainability Council as a Board Committee Member from June 2021 to January 2023. Previous experience includes positions at GHD as Practice Director in several digital-focused capacities, Solutions Delivery Manager at NZ Transport Agency, and Business Change Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Kharbanda has a background in managing digital engineering, automation, and strategic transformation projects and is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
