Shihua Xuan has extensive work experience in electrical engineering. Starting in 2019, Xuan worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Infintium, where they played a key role in the development of a fuel cell system as a range extender. Their responsibilities included electric schematic design, control logic development, BOP selecting and testing, coordination control programming, and system commissioning.
Prior to this, Xuan worked as an Electrical Engineer at Techrules Automobile R&D Co.,Ltd. from 2018 to 2019, and at Shanghai GHREPOWER Green Energy Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2017. Xuan also had short-term internships at China Guodian Corporation Jianbi Power Plant in 2014 and China Guodian Corporation Kelamayi Power Plant in 2012.
During their time at Shanghai University of Electrical Power from 2010 to 2012, Xuan served as the Chairman of the Student Project Work Management Institution. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating works between different departments and managing the institution.
Additionally, Xuan worked as a part-time Teacher at Yabo Music School during their bachelor's degree studies. Their responsibilities included teaching violin according to the study plan.

Shihua Xuan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University of Electric Power in July 2014. They then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Wind Power System at Aalborg University from 2014 to 2016. They received their Master's Degree in Energy Technology from Aalborg University in June 2016.
