Susan Hosking

Susan Hosking is an experienced professional in product design and innovation, currently serving as Product Lead at Inflection AI. Prior roles include Director at Service Design Network, Associate Partner and Global Head of Service Design at Prophet, and Senior Manager of Innovation and Design at Bain & Company, where Susan also headed the Americas Design Lab. Additionally, Susan has worked as a Senior Product Design Lead at GE Digital. Susan holds a Master of Arts in Design from Stanford University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
