Jim Kissling

Jim Kissling has extensive experience in government accounting and compliance. Jim is currently the Director of Government Accounting and Compliance at Infleqtion since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Woodward, Inc. as the Manager of Government Accounting from July 2019 to March 2023. From April 2014 to July 2019, they were the Director of Government Compliance at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, and from September 2012 to April 2014, they served as the Government Compliance Accounting Supervisor at the same company. Jim also held positions at Elbit Systems of America as the Sr. Manager of Compliance and Government Relations from July 2010 to May 2012, ATK as a Sr. Finance Manager from April 2008 to July 2010, General Electric as a Financial Analyst in the Government Accounting COE from July 2005 to April 2008, and as a Finance Leader at Hybrid Power Generation Systems, LLC from July 2002 to July 2005. Jim started their career as a Finance Manager at United Defense from April 2000 to January 2002, and prior to that, they worked as a Programs Finance Manager at Litton Guidance & Control Systems from 1990 to 2000.

Jim Kissling attended Pepperdine University from 1979 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, although the specific start and end years for this certification are unknown.
