Mike Kapp

Mike Kapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Technical Operations Manager at ColdQuanta, Inc. since January 2018, Mike Kapp leads daily manufacturing operations and supports various governmental and commercial contracts. As the owner of Kapp Racing since November 2015, Mike Kapp designs and fabricates auto racing components and modifications. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Systems Architecture at WD and Senior Program Manager at Seagate Technology, where Mike Kapp managed critical R&D programs for future hard drive technologies. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Lockheed Martin and Loral Aeronutronics. Mike Kapp holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Purdue University, respectively.
