Troy Smith

Troy Smith is currently the General Counsel at Infleqtion, where they lead legal operations and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. Prior to this role, Troy served as Vice President of Legal at Infleqtion, overseeing corporate governance, contracts, and compliance while managing legal operations. They have also held positions as Partner at Freeborn & Peters LLP and IP Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP. Troy began their career as a Software Engineer at Motorola and later founded Kidsolidate, serving as General Counsel. They hold multiple degrees, including a JD from Northwestern University and an MS in Computer Science from DePaul University.
