Jennifer Payne

Jennifer Payne, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at IA since April 2021, guiding senior leaders in transforming organizational strategies. Before joining IA, Jennifer operated Jennifer Payne Consulting Solutions from August 2020 to August 2021, offering HR and management services drawing on more than 20 years of expertise in talent management and development across various HR functional areas. Jennifer co-founded and has been a key contributor to the Women of HR blog, promoting discussions on women in leadership and human resources since 2010. Previously, Jennifer held multiple managerial roles at Tops Markets from 2002 to 2019, focusing on talent management, acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement. Jennifer Payne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Canisius University from 1994 to 1998.
