Inflexion Games
William Ramsey has a diverse work experience in the field of user interface and user experience design. William started their career at Crate and Barrel as a Merchandiser, where they were responsible for stocking the floor, handling money, and creating floor displays. William then moved on to LawDepot as a UI/UX Designer, where they refined and redesigned the website, created wireframes and prototypes, and collaborated with the marketing and product teams. Following this, they joined Bioware as a UI/UX QA Specialist on a contract basis, where they identified and documented UI/UX bugs, completed presentable passes on UI initiatives, and assisted in the execution of stress tests. William then worked at Alberta Blue Cross as a UI/UX Designer, where they conceptualized intuitive user interfaces, created interactive experiences using wireframes and user flows, and designed dynamic prototypes. William most recently worked at Improbable as a UI Artist, where they designed user interface and HUD display systems, maintained artistic standards, and ensured effective communication of game information. Currently, they are working at Inflexion Games as a User Interface Artist.
William Ramsey completed their education from 2009 to 2012 at Louis St. Laurent High School, focusing on the arts. Following that, they attended the University of Alberta from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Design degree with a specialization in UI/UX Design. In July 2017, William also acquired additional certifications in Adobe XD: Design a Website and Learning Adobe XD from LinkedIn.
