Juliette Ma is an analyst at InfluenceMap. Prior to their current position, they worked as a surveyor for Keep Britain Tidy from September 2020 to November 2020. Before that, they were a recycling advisor and accounts receivable assistant for First Mile from March 2020 to May 2020. From April 2019 to May 2019, they worked as a sustainable urban development field researcher for the Sierra Leone Urban Research Centre, conducting focus groups, interviews, and transect walks to assess water and sanitation provision and distribution in community. Juliette also worked alongside community facilitators and SLURC staff in creating a community-led grassroots strategy aimed at tackling water and sanitation issues at community and government levels. Juliette Ma also has experience in the food service industry, having worked as a server at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise from September 2017 to September 2018.

Juliette Ma has a Bachelor's Degree from Bader College, an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Studies & Global Development from Queen's University.
