Iva Mihovska (Kovachev) has a diverse work experience. In 2013, they began working as a Junior Marketing Specialist at Loyal Travel. In 2014, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at Education for Democracy Center. In 2017, they became the Influencer Marketing Executive Director at IV Marketing. In 2018, they were a Language Consultant at what3words. In 2019, they became a Senior Client Director, a Client Director, and a Senior Influencer Marketing Project Manager at The Influencer Marketing Factory - Influencer Marketing Agency.

Iva Mihovska (Kovachev) obtained a Professional high school degree from PGMET "Gen. Ivan Bachvarov" between 2008 and 2013, specializing in Computers and Technology. Iva then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" between 2013 and 2017.
