Jeremy Freeland

Jeremy Freeland is the Chief Legal Officer at InfluxData. Prior to joining InfluxData, Freeland served as the Chief Legal Officer at Auth0 from May 2017 to September 2021. Freeland was also the VP General Counsel and Secretary at Aventail Corporation from November 1999 to September 2002.

Freeland has extensive experience in building legal teams from scratch and has been instrumental in guiding companies through complex rounds of financing and mergers & acquisitions. Freeland is a seasoned veteran in the tech industry, with over 20 years of experience in legal and business affairs.

Jeremy Freeland attended the College of Law of England and Wales, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Law. Jeremy then went on to earn a MA (Jt. Hons) in English Literature and Medieval Jeremy'story from the University of St Andrews.

They work with Arwa Kaddoura - CRO, Paul Dix - Co-Founder & CTO, and Barbara Nelson - VP of Applications. Their manager is Evan Kaplan, CEO.
