Wilbert Heijmans

Wilbert Heijmans has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Wilbert is currently the Founder and CEO of Life After Me, a digital platform focused on end-of-life planning. Prior to this role, they served as a Partner and Chair at Info Salons and later became the Group Managing Director, where they led the company's growth in data technology for events. Wilbert also held the position of Managing Director for the MENA region, significantly expanding Info Salons' business in the UAE and beyond. Wilbert was a Lecturer at the Exhibition Management School and served as the Group Exhibitions Director at Messe Frankfurt Middle East. Additionally, they worked as an Exhibition Director at Deutsche Messe and Director and Senior Project Manager at VNU Exhibitions Asia. Earlier in their career, Wilbert held positions such as Project Manager and Management Trainee at Jaarbeurs and Consultant at P-research.

Wilbert Heijmans has a Master of Arts (MA) in Business Economics with a major in Marketing from Tilburg University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Sintermeerten from 1986 to 1992. Wilbert completed their primary education at Ummer Clumme from 1980 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in November 2018.
