KRISHNAKUMAR ARUMUGAM

Krishnakumar Arumugam has extensive work experience in the field of IT support and desktop support engineering. KRISHNAKUMAR started their career working as an IT Support Specialist at Pan Asia Resources in 2017. After that, they joined Collabera as a Desktop Support Engineer for two years.

In 2017, Krishnakumar transitioned to ACI Worldwide, where they worked as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer Specialist for four years. In this role, they provided support for internal and external banking solutions, installed and configured new PC hardware and software, troubleshooted and resolved technical issues, and provided technical support via phone, email, and remote control.

In 2021, they moved on to work as a Senior Information Technology Support Analyst at Astreya, where they provided technical support via phone, email, and remote control. KRISHNAKUMAR also supported Google applications and users, performed troubleshooting, and was responsible for asset and inventory management.

After Astreya, Krishnakumar joined HCLTech as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer Specialist, where they managed and updated support requests through a helpdesk ticketing system. KRISHNAKUMAR also provided level 2 and level 3 support, administered Active Directory, set up computers, and installed software.

Currently, Krishnakumar is working at INFO-TECH SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer Specialist (IT Co-Ordinator). KRISHNAKUMAR'sresponsibilities include monitoring service levels, documenting and maintaining system configurations, providing regular reporting, and ensuring deliverables meet service level requirements.

Throughout their career, Krishnakumar has demonstrated expertise in IT support, desktop support engineering, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance.

Krishnakumar Arumugam pursued their education in Information Technology at the Community College of Hulu Langat from 2010 to 2012.
