Vivek Balagangadharan

Vivek Balagangadharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and Salesforce sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Salesforce CoE Practice Head at InfoBeans since May 2025, Vivek previously held significant roles at Extentia Information Technology, including Director of Delivery and Salesforce Practice, and Director of Delivery for the Salesforce Practice at Merkle from January 2023 to May 2025. Early career experience includes roles as Development Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Fast Track Team from June 2004 to August 2013. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, earned between 2000 and 2004, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1993 to 2000.
