Rijil Kannoth

Rijil Kannoth is the Head of India Operations at Infobelt. Prior to this, they were with Deloitte India (Offices of the US) for over 9 years, where they were the Manager - HR Operations. In this role, they were responsible for advising functional leads on all people practices spanning across the employee life cycle, supporting local and global heads on a range of people practices including performance management, policy implementation, local statutory compliances, talent acquisition and retention. Rijil has also managed and resolved complex employee relations issues/employee grievances.

Rijil has been instrumental in executing effective management of Talent practices: Talent Reviews and Performance Ratings in partnership with the local and global Talent Management team. Rijil has also planned manpower requirements according to the needs of organisation, keeping in the view the market and financial aspects. Rijil has scheduled the expenditure of the HR team to make it cost effective & more efficient. Additionally, they have managed complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Rijil has also implemented increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.

Rijil Kannoth graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta. Rijil then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the Siva Sivani Institute of Management.

Their manager is Srini Mannava, Founder & CEO. Rijil Kannoth works with Dusty Gilvin - COO, Kevin Davis - Founder & Chief Delivery Officer, and Clare Vivas Lucas - Director of Marketing.
