Amsal Kapetanovic

Amsal Kapetanovic is an experienced professional in the BFSI and Fintech sectors, currently serving as the Head of BFSI & Fintech for the MENA region at Infobip since June 2016. Amsal has a proven track record of driving revenue and gross profit growth, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing commercial initiatives across the MENA region. Previous roles at Infobip include Regional Manager for MENA and Enterprise Team Leader for Egypt and the Levant, where Amsal focused on client acquisition, team performance, and strategic business planning. Amsal holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Sarajevo. Prior to Infobip, Amsal gained experience as a Project Management Intern at UNDP.
