Nadja Šerifović

Nadja Šerifović is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Business Partner at Infobip since March 2017, Nadja has developed a comprehensive approach to workforce management, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and organizational culture. Prior experience includes roles at Kolektiv d.o.o. as an HR Specialist/Recruiter, where Nadja was involved in various recruitment functions, and positions as Social Media Manager at MITA Group Sarajevo and Editor in Chief at Oxygen d.o.o., showcasing versatility in both HR and communication. Nadja holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Sarajevo.
