Natasa Krstic

Natasa Krstic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager for Operator Partnership at Infobip since April 2021, Natasa previously held various roles at NTH Mobile, including Controlling Specialist, Product Manager, and Senior Customer Service Specialist, where proficiency in Slovenian and Czech was demonstrated. Natasa earned a Master's degree in Slavic studies with a focus on the Czech language, literature, history, and culture from the University of Belgrade, complemented by studies at Charles University and Palacký University in Olomouc.
