Rona El-Rayess

Rona el-Rayess is a professional with extensive experience in customer growth and account management across multiple regions, particularly Europe, MENA, and the Middle East & Africa. Currently serving as a Customer Growth Executive at Infobip since October 2019, Rona has held various roles within the company, including OP Account Executive and Carrier Relations Manager after Infobip's acquisition of OpenMarket. Previously, Rona worked as a Senior Account Manager at SAMA TELECOM and led the TV Monitoring Team at GfK. Additional roles include SMS Sales Trainer and Consultant at SAMA TELECOM, Account Manager at Monty Mobile, and positions in customer service and fundraising. Rona holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Lebanese University and a Baccalauréat in Sociology & Economics from Beirut Baptist School.
