Sandra Slavica

Sandra Slavica serves as the Director of Rewards and HR Operations at Infobip since October 2019, focusing on compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and the implementation of HR systems. Previous roles include Head of Total Rewards and Global Reward Projects Lead at Sanofi, where involvement in short-term incentives and global projects took precedence. From April 2014 to July 2018, Sandra held the position of Group Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems & HR Data Director at Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, overseeing compensation and performance management during a merger. Earlier experience includes managing compensation and benefits for Crown EMEA and financial controlling roles. Sandra holds advanced degrees from Université Paris 12 and Université Paris 2 - Panthéon Assas and is an Agile HR Certified Practitioner.
