A seasoned executive with a successful track record in both the tech and financial sectors, Donahue joined [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd) with a strong background in business growth, expansion, acquisition and integration, notably in her most recent role with Call One, where she served as president and a member of the board. Donahue also previously served as chief financial officer at Legacy.com, where she was a member of the executive team, managing double-digital revenue growth, expansion of the company’s strategic vision, integration of acquired businesses, leadership changes and the onboarding of investors. She has also held high-profile positions at [American Express](/org/american-express), the Bank of New York and GE Capital. Donahue has extensive non-profit experience as well, having served on the boards of various academies and schools. She is a member of the Private Directors Association, Financial Executives International and CFO Chicago. Matija Razem is the VP of Business Development at [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd). Matija has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on networking and hardware solutions. Matija began their career as a hardware tester at VIDI Media, where they were responsible for testing new hardware and writing technical reports. Matija then transitioned to system engineering at HEP, where they managed SCADA projects. In 2003, they became the technical director at Medialab d.o.o, where they oversaw the design and implementation of IP networks. Matija has been with [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd) since 2009, and in their current role, they are responsible for developing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Nikhil Shoorji has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Nikhil is currently the Managing Director, Europe at [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd).

Nikhil started their career in 2004 as Vice President - Operations at Cellent Technologies. Nikhil then moved to Start Enterprise in 2005, where they served as Vice President - Operations for two years. In 2006, Nikhil joined Cornershop Entertainment Company Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President - Operator Relations. Nikhil was with the company for four years before moving to Smart Wireless Pvt. Ltd. in December 2006. Nikhil served as Executive Director at Smart Wireless for thirteen years before joining [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd) in April 2020.

Nikhil Shoorji holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Nikhil also has an HSC in Science from Jai Hindu jobs, as well as an ICSE from Cathedral & John Connon School. Nikhil has also received certification from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in Silver Award and Bronze Award.

Zeljko Jelenic is the VP & GM of Americas at [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd). Zeljko was previously the Executive Director of Puljanka d.d. from January 1994 to December 2013. During their time as Executive Director, they increased the number of employees from 350 to 550 and the number of retail stores in the region by 30%. The revenue growth year over year was 20-30%.

Zeljko Jelenic

Ivan joined [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd) in 2021 following the acquisition of his conference company Shift. Today, as the Chief Developer Experience Officer, Ivan is at the forefront of [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd)’s path to becoming a developer-centric organization.

As a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in and around startups, he has a track record in creating developer ecosystems. Alongside Shift, he co-founded [Codeanywhere](/org/codeanywhere) in 2013. Ivan is a usual suspect at numerous conferences throughout the world. He loves driving and traveling and has been to over 50 countries so far. In his spare time, he read books, mostly focused on psychology and business.

Ivan Burazin

As the Infobip Vice President of Planning and Strategy Implementation, Marin is responsible for optimising business management, including enhancing the Go-To-Market framework and overseeing revenue operations. Defining and supporting the company’s long and short term strategic business objectives is within his focus at Infobip.

Marin is an experienced management consultant with a deep understanding of the sector and expertise in building out bluechip tech organizations. He spent 12 years at Microsoft, where he was central to product development and the force behind Microsoft’s first business intelligence application. After his first eight years of working at the company’s headquarters in Redmont, USA, he moved to Microsoft’s London headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he led the Application Platform business in over one hundred countries. In his spare time, he enjoys running and hiking. Marin has a small olive grove on the Croatian island of Šolta, where he often spends his summer days with his family.

Aurora teamed up with Infobip in 2020 and since then has been working on strengthening overall governance as the company prepares for future growth oportunities. She is in charge of Corporate Affairs sector that covers Governance, Risk, and Complience.


With more than 20 years’ experience in audit and risk management, Aurora was previously part of the Deutsche Telekom global audit management team and assumed various management roles in the banking industry including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in NYC, UniCredit group and Kentbank (Suzer Group). She has a strong background in engineering, followed by specializations in Financial & IT auditing, fraud detection, and business administration. She likes to visit new places and spend time in her olive grove that regularly wins international quality awards for its olive oil.



Aurora Volarević

Damir joined Infobip in April of 2018 and today, as Vice President of Engineering, he is focused on the implementation of new processes and products for advanced automation and digitalization. Building Infobip as a strong engineering powerhouse is something he strives for.

Before joining Infobip, he spent his 22-year long career in Ericsson where he gathered rich experience in leading developments of large software systems. Damir has a degree in telecommunications and MBA in Zagreb, Croatia. As time goes by, rougher sports he used to partake in are slowly replaced by the occasional seasonal tennis match. He also hopes to pick up his dusty old guitar someday again.

Prior to joining [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd), they were the Key Account Manager at MojPosao (Tau on-line d.o.o.), Hrvatski Telekom, and Generalturist. Aleksandar (Sasha) is a people-oriented professional who promotes creativity in solution design combined with discipline in its execution. In addition to his international mindset, he is characterized by optimism and positivity.

Sasha holds a Master in Computer Science and during his career he developed across additonal areas, including Organizational Change Management. He has rich experience implementing SAP and other IT solutions across the world, running CIO roles, and leading several M&A and post-merger integrations for Teva Pharmaceutical. Business transformation is his focus area. He believes that digitalization and integration are the key success factors for business growth if done by motivated people. Sasha loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys long nature walks with his four dogs.

Gregor is a seasoned, proactive manager with more than 20 years of experience. He has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in leadership, sales, marketing and business development. He is strongly focused on developing productive processes and generating profitable outcomes. 

At Infobip, Gregor is responsible for designing and executing exponential growth strategies. Previously to joining the company, Gregor served as Chief Operating Officer SAP Eastern Europe, Managing Director SAP Southeast Europe and Managing Director of SAP Slovenia. Before that, he was in managerial and leadership positions at Microsoft, NiceLabel and SKB Bank.

He helped two cloud organizations (Netsuite and [Ceridian](/org/ceridian)), achieve exponential growth ultimately leading to their successful IPOs at the New York Stock Exchange.

As Chief Customer Officer at [Infobip](/org/infobip-ltd), Adrian is responsible for leading the global Services, Support and Customer Success organizations. For him, delivering world-class service and going beyond expectations is achieved by designing every interaction through the eyes of the customer.
